Facilities Maintenance Technician I

The City of Georgetown is now accepting applications for the position of Facilities Maintenance Technician I!QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma and/or Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or another related field supplemented by a minimum of zero to one (0 - 1) years' experience in a job-related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid South Carolina Driver's License. Valid South Carolina Class B Commercial Driver's License (CDL), or ability to obtain within six (6) months of hiring. Preferred Skills: South Carolina Class D Wastewater Collection System Operator License or the ability to obtain within one (1) year of hiring. Experience operating heavy equipment.
