Job Full Description Mechanical Machine Builder Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Machine Builder to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for building, assembling, and maintaining industrial machinery and equipment while supporting production and engineering teams to ensure high-quality output and efficient operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Follow all OSHA, MIOSHA, and company safety policies and procedures Build and assemble blow molding machines, auxiliary equipment, and sub-assemblies using a variety of tools and equipment Perform maintenance and repairs on building systems and installed equipment as assigned Collaborate with supervisors, engineering, and production teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and communicate material shortages Operate power tools and material-handling equipment, including forklifts and cranes Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings Develop sketches or specifications for parts or products to be manufactured Accurately complete daily timekeeping, payroll, and required documentation Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years of relevant job experience or a skilled trades/technical certification Experience working with large assemblies and industrial machinery Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Working knowledge of both metric and inch measurement systems Basic electrical knowledge and general computer skills Strong problem-solving ability with high attention to detail Compensation & Benefits We offer a comprehensive total compensation package designed to support employee health, well-being, and work-life balance.
