This entry level position encompasses many duties, including sandblasting, part cleaning, and cut saw operation while ensuring the highest level of quality of all parts produced Essential Functions Follow production paperwork (work orders). Sandblast brazed copper and welded aluminum components. Deburr parts with drill press and clean parts coming from the brazing line. Run cut saw station, including loading and unloading material to the machine or racks, setting up the saw to specified lengths, cutting and stacking materials as outlined by work orders. Maintain a satisfactory level of efficiency and quality in work produced. Demonstrate safety awareness, good workmanship practices, and continuous improvement. All other duties as assigned. Requirements Production experience a plus. Some computer skills needed. Ability to work in a high heat environment. High attention to detail and organizational skills needed. Must be available to work overtime hours on a shift or mandatory Friday overtime. Education Requirements High School equivalent and 18 years of age Physical Requirements Must be able to lift as much as 50 lbs. several times a day. Must be able to stand for the vast majority of the shift. Must be able to perform manual work in a non-climate-controlled factory setting. Shift Details 3rd Shift is Sun - Wed, 4X10hr shifts, 8:15 pm - 6:45 am. All employees are expected to work overtime hours as needed. Overtime is typically twice a month on Fridays and are 8-hour shifts.
