Job Title: Onsite Mobility Specialist (Intune & MDM) Job ID: 26-00825 Location: Rocky Hill, CT Duration: 12 months of contract Location: Onsite - 5 days/week We are seeking an experienced Mobility Specialist to manage and support enterprise mobile and endpoint devices in a Microsoft Intune environment. This role is responsible for device deployment, configuration, security, compliance, and end-user support across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS platforms. Key Responsibilities Support and troubleshoot mobile & endpoint devices (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS) Provision, enroll, configure, and decommission devices using Intune & Autopilot Manage Intune configuration profiles, compliance policies & device security Deploy and troubleshoot applications via Company Portal Support conditional access, encryption, password policies & remote wipe Maintain device inventory, returns, and disposal processes Collaborate with security, identity, infrastructure teams & mobile carriers Manage mobility mailbox, incidents, and service requests (SLA-driven) Required Qualifications 4-5 years IT support experience with mobility focus Strong Microsoft Intune expertise Experience with MDM concepts & best practices Enterprise support for iOS & Android devices Knowledge of Company Portal & device enrollment workflows Familiarity with Okta & ServiceNow Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills Work Environment Enterprise IT environment using Microsoft cloud technologies 100% onsite role.
