Job Title: Lead Maintenance Technician Location: Lexington KY Position Overview: We are seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance of a 385-unit apartment community in Lexington KY. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and the ability to manage a team. You must have strong HVAC and CPO certifications, a passion for providing excellent service, and the ability to handle on-call duties every 3 weeks.
