Job Title: Maintenance SupervisorJob DescriptionLead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure that machinery and equipment operate efficiently and safely. Oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems at our Jeffersonville facility.Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians. Ensure all machinery and equipment are operating efficiently and safely. Oversee preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution. Conduct repairs and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and robotic systems. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes. Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports. Essential Skills Electrical troubleshooting and maintenance management. Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Experience with PLC troubleshooting and schematics. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and basic computer systems. Experience with robotics/CNC machines including setups and adjustments. Knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Proven ability to teach, train, and develop staff. Ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds, with or without assistance. Prolonged periods of standing on feet.
