Maintenance Technician

Job Description Due to our company's growth, we are now hiring a Maintenance and Groundskeeper Technician to join our family. In this role, you will be based at out of or headquarters in Collierville TN. You will assist the maintenance and operations staff with the physical plant, grounds and housekeeping. You will also perform routine and preventative maintenance operations on a wide variety of items and facilities, and perform needed repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and physical structures. In addition, you will keep inventory of the supplies needed for our HQ facility and drive a company vehicle for work-related errands and service calls. Experience and Skills Required Skills: General understanding of light repair on electric, plumbing, carpentry. Sitting, standing, walking, lifting (50 lbs) and / or repetitive tasks throughout the day Preferred Skills: Knowledge of HVAC systems, light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting. Two (2) years' experience in previous relevant maintenance field.
