Samples Logistics and Coordination Analyst

Job Description: Requirement/Must Have: Bachelor's degree in a technical or related discipline. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sample logistics, hardware coordination, program coordination, supply chain support, or similar roles. dvanced Excel skills including pivot tables, conditional formatting, macros, and dashboard creation. Experience managing multiple concurrent requests under tight timelines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience interacting with external partners and cross-functional internal teams. bility to triage issues, escalate appropriately, and follow through to resolution. Basic knowledge of international shipping and customs procedures. Experience: Experience supporting product development with external partners. Experience working with shipment carriers and logistics providers. Experience using planning, forecasting, or reporting platforms. Experience leading operational tasks end-to-end and driving status updates. Experience creating and documenting standard operating procedures. Responsibilities: ct as the primary coordinator for sample hardware and platform components between the organization and external development partners. Collect, validate, and maintain partner requirements and sample requests including specifications, quantities, priorities, destinations, and timelines. Build and maintain trackers and dashboards to monitor request status, shipments, and replacement requirements. Prepare, process, and expedite shipping requests while coordinating with internal logistics teams and carriers. Monitor inbound and outbound shipments end-to-end and proactively resolve delays or documentation issues. Maintain regular communication with development partners and internal stakeholders to ensure sample availability for key milestones. Respond promptly to partner inquiries regarding status, configuration, and delivery. Produce regular reports and KPIs including on-time delivery rates, root cause analysis, and cost impacts. Support process improvements for sample request, shipping, and returns workflows. Create and maintain documentation for standard operating procedures. Ensure high stakeholder satisfaction across internal teams and external partners. Should Have: Experience with planning analytics tools. Experience building automated reports and dashboards.
