What We Offer You Competitive Compensation Career Advancement Opportunities Flexibility with potential mobility among our 300+ donation centers No Night Shifts Comprehensive Benefits Package, including Medical, Dental, Vision, up to 5% 401K match, Tuition Reimbursement, PTO, Holiday Pay, and participation in Company Bonus Program Your Responsibilities Conduct physical examinations and gather medical histories to assess donor eligibility Build rapport with donors to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction Maintain confidentiality for both donors and staff Monitor donor awareness regarding potential hazards Educate donors on general health and provide guidance on test outcomes Assess and address donor injuries and adverse reactions Review medical histories to confirm ongoing donor suitability Support employee training initiatives Administer the employee Hepatitis Vaccine program Qualifications You must be educated and currently certified/licensed as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Vocational Nurse, Paramedic, or EMT according to state regulations. A current CPR certification is mandatory. Key Attributes: Ability to perform standing and sitting tasks for 2 to 4 hours daily Flexibility to bend and twist the neck for 1 to 2 hours each day Frequent hand movements and quick, accurate finger coordination Light lifting (up to 15 lbs; maximum 50 lbs) with occasional walking, bending, or sitting Visual acuity and hearing abilities essential for effective communication Independent worker able to follow oral or written instructions Adaptable to varying tasks and conditions Ability to share sensitive information with diverse groups Work involves exposure to biological fluids and cold environments You will work in a plasma center setting.
