The Nurse Manager Pulmonary Oncology will oversee a highly specialized department at the forefront of pulmonary and cancer care with high annual case volume. Reporting directly to the Nurse Director, The RN Manager Lung Oncology will provide vital leadership over the clinical nursing environment and department operations. They will balance your time between tactical day to day staffing, operational budget management, and strategic goal setting for the unit. The RN Manager Pulmonary Cancer role involves mentoring a diverse team, verifying staff competencies, and ensuring all care meets the highest patient safety and regulatory standards.
