Qualifications: Valid Class A CDL is required; applicants must reside in the U.S. and possess a license issued in their state of residence Must currently hold or be able to obtain a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, or 2 years within the last 5 years A clean DMV/MVR record for the past 3 years with no more than two moving violations or accidents Compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and guidelines is essential Regular, predictable attendance is crucial for success in this role Must demonstrate English language proficiency as per federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)) Commitment to work the assigned schedule and location, complete Penske employment application, and submit to background checks and drug screening This role requires constant alertness and a commitment to safety; associates must take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others.
