From team appreciation events and wellness initiatives to fun giveaways and thoughtful celebrations, we create space for connection, recognition, and joy-because a great team starts with a great environment.Role Overview: Evaluate and treat Arbor Therapy clients via Home-Health setting, managing the caseload's treatment plan and adjusting client Plan of Care, as neededDevelop and implement comprehensive treatment plans to address areas of need using evidenced-based approaches and individualized therapeutic strategiesClosely monitor and document progress, adjusting intervention as necessary to support optimal outcomesEngage parents and caregivers in the therapeutic process, providing education and resources to support the client's progress and developmentCollaborate with a team of professionals, including speech-language and physical therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to careComplete succinct documentation of services in a timely mannerSupervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs), providing appropriate indirect and direct supervision requirements Requirements: Master's degree from an accredited occupational therapy programActive occupational therapist license from the Arizona Board of Occupational TherapyValid Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (LVP) or the ability to obtain clearance cardAt least 2 years of professional experience (Clinical experience with clients between the ages of 0 and 30 years is highly preferred.)Ability to treat clients in the specified city/town/zip-codes listedExperience or interest in feeding intervention is strongly preferred, but not requiredExperience with AAC is a plus! Bilingualism is a plus! Working Conditions:This position requires intermittent standing, lifting, kneeling, and sitting.
