UKG Pro WFM Solution Architect

Job Description: The UKG Pro WFM Solution Architect will lead the recovery, redesign, and optimization of UKG Pro Workforce Management implementations. This role focuses on stabilizing in-flight migrations, eliminating legacy technical debt, and defining scalable functional and technical architectures aligned with healthcare compliance and labor regulations. Requirement/Must Have: Extensive experience with UKG Workforce Management solutions. Strong background in healthcare workforce management environments. Proven ability to stabilize or rescue complex, in-progress system migrations. Deep expertise in pay rules, accrual logic, and advanced scheduling. Experience: 12+ years of UKG Workforce Management experience. Hands-on experience with both Kronos/UKG iSeries and UKG Pro WFM. Experience working with complex labor rules, premiums, and union environments. Responsibilities: ssess current migration state and identify design gaps or copy-paste issues. Redesign pay rules, accruals, and scheduling using UKG Pro WFM native capabilities. Define target-state functional and technical architecture for UKG Pro WFM. Eliminate legacy technical debt introduced from iSeries implementations. Define data retention and archival strategies. Review and rationalize pay rules, work rules, accrual policies, and scheduling patterns. Ensure alignment with healthcare compliance, labor laws, union agreements, and local policies. Establish and approve configuration standards and design decisions. Define integration strategies for payroll, HRIS/ERP systems, and time capture devices. Review and redesign interfaces and data migration validation logic. Oversee data migration, reconciliation, and system performance optimization.
