Ability to implement treatment plans and help kids develop critical life skills. Be reliable, motivated, and energetic. A degree in psychology or education is a plus, but not required. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. What the Role Involves: Direct 1:1 intervention with children diagnosed with autism and related needs Implementing behavior intervention plans with fidelity Managing challenging behaviors safely and professionally Remaining regulated and engaged during difficult moments Accurate data collection and documentation Professional communication with supervisors and families Adapting to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software Working in in-home, school, and/or clinic-based settings What This Role Is Not: Babysitting A "play-only" position A low-responsibility role A good fit for someone seeking minimal emotional or professional demands What You Bring: Prior experience in ABA therapy or a related field Strong commitment to improving the lives of children with Autism Ability to implement and adapt treatment plans effectively Reliability, enthusiasm, and professionalism A degree in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required Availability: Please note this is the schedule you must commit to when applying for this position! Available Shifts (Mon-Fri): Morning: 9 AM - 12 PM Afternoon: 1:30 PM - 5:30 PM Evening: 6:30 PM - 9 PM Weekend availability is a plus! Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance.
