KPMG is seeking an Associate Director, Product Manager - Search Services to contribute to our Global Tech & Knowledge (GT&K) initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Help shape and implement strategic product roadmaps for enterprise search initiatives. Work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver optimal search solutions. Oversee governance, product management, and continuous improvement initiatives for search-related products with minimal supervision. Support upgrades to search products, ensure technical integrations, and align seamlessly with other KPMG digital platforms. Engage with the internal search community to promote best practices, boost adoption, and drive continuous enhancements. Contribute to agile team efforts within the One Intranet group, maintaining ownership of the product backlog and ensuring timely delivery of search-related requirements. Uphold KPMG's standards of integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to maintain a respectful work environment. Qualifications: A minimum of seven years of experience in a large enterprise, demonstrating a strong track record in leading product/service design and delivery, particularly in search services. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience in the relevant field. Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure and M365 services within a large enterprise environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, along with strong collaboration, facilitation, influencing, and negotiation skills.
