Paint 3rd shift - 10:20pm -6:20am Job Duties: Perform all blade preparations prior to the paint application process which include but are not limited to: - Sandblasting of blade - Sanding of green blade - Sanding of repaired areas in preparation of filling - Rough filling of blade repairs, filters, and other areas - Geometric sanding of rough fill to blade geometry - Fine filling of blade-to-blade geometry - Paint and paint repair of blade. - Application of final finishing components to blade standards. Requirements: - High School Diploma/GED - Able to lift up to 50 lbs. - Must be able to read, write & speak the English language fluently. - Ability to use hand & power tools and lifting equipment. - Possess or have ability to acquire all PIME license by passing company test requirements. - Possess or have ability to acquire LOTO certification. - Sit, stand, bend & kneel for 8 or more hours/day - Available for overtime for up to 12 -hour days and on off days All applicants must pass pre-employment background requirements, including a background check, drug screen, and education verification.
