Job Title: Creative Project Manager Location-Type: Hybrid (Needham, MA - 2-3 days onsite) Start Date Is: ASAP Duration: 6-month Contract-to-Hire Compensation Range: $38-$44/hour W2 Job Description: The Creative Project Manager will oversee and execute high-volume creative projects across digital, packaging, video, and integrated marketing channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Manage multiple creative briefs submitted daily, prioritizing based on business impact and deadlines Vet incoming briefs to ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment before kickoff Lead project kickoffs and status meetings with marketing, product development, and creative teams Oversee timelines for digital assets (Amazon), packaging, CGI, video production, and social campaigns Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies Utilize Wrike to manage workflows, timelines, and resource allocation Anticipate risks, problem-solve, and adjust plans in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment Ensure all deliverables meet brand and quality standards Requirements: Must-Haves: 5 years of project management experience within a creative or marketing environment Experience using Wrike (preferred) or similar PM tools (e.g., Workfront) Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities Experience vetting and refining creative briefs prior to kickoff Exposure to digital asset production, packaging, and integrated marketing campaigns Ability to work onsite 2-3 days per week in Needham, MA Highly adaptable, decisive, and comfortable working with strong personalities Nice-to-Haves: Experience with CGI or post-production retouching workflows Understanding of full-funnel marketing campaigns Exposure to AI integration within creative processes (e.g., AI-assisted photoshoots) Background in studio production or robotics-related creative Experience identifying creative resource needs (writer, strategist, production, etc.)
