The client may attempt to stand or move without assistance and may physically resist redirection during care activities.Applicants must understand that:The client may pull away, resist assistance, or grab onto the caregiver during moments of confusion or agitationPhysical redirection, steady support, and confident boundary-setting may be required to maintain safetyThe role involves close physical contact and active supervision throughout the shiftPersonal Care (bathing, dressing, transfers)Assist with feeding the clientMedication remindersExercise and walkingEscort the client to activities within the facilityQualifications:Will need current CPR and First Aid CertificationCurrent CNA licenseMust have a valid driver's license and auto insuranceMust have reliable transportationMust have good oral and written communication skillsMust be able to understand care plans and assessmentsMust have Dementia experienceThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
