Norstella’s investments in AI are transforming how data is consumed and decisions are made, disrupting inefficient legacy workflows and helping the industry become more efficient, innovative, and responsive to patient needs.The Role: Senior RWD Analytic ConsultantWe are seeking a high energy, motivated, and passionate expert in real-world evidence and epidemiologic study design to join our Analytic Services team as a Senior Analytic Consultant. This new opening supports our expanding portfolio of engagements across the pharmaceutical, medical device, and broader life sciences industries.In this role, you will work directly with clients to design and execute a wide range of evidence generation projects including epidemiology studies, safety and regulatory analyses, health economics and outcomes research, health care resource utilization assessments, and market access focused work. The ideal candidate brings hands on experience translating complex research questions into rigorous study designs, performing analyses using real world data, and clearly communicating findings in a client-facing environment.You will be joining a collaborative team built for innovation and specialized delivery, focused on generating meaningful insights that help stakeholders address their most important clinical, commercial, and regulatory objectives. Candidates should be motivated to learn and apply our proprietary IHD platform to support efficient and scalable delivery of Insight solutions, and should bring a strong foundation in epidemiologic methods, HEOR and HCRU analytics, and applied statistical methodology. Success in this role requires strong client communication and relationship building skills, along with analytical and technical expertise and a solid understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem.Enhanced Responsibilities for Senior Level: Rapidly learnand apply new analytical software and platforms, independently validating outputs and ensuring accurate implementation of real-world study designs through rigorous self-quality control. Conductin-depth analyses across healthcare data sources such as claims, lab, EMR/EHR, and SDOH data to uncover meaningful insights and support evidence-baseddecision-making. Leadand manage largescale analytical initiatives from design through delivery, ensuring alignment with engagement objectives and stakeholder expectations. Contributeto the continuous enhancement of Norstella’s RWD capabilities by integrating innovative methods, including advanced predictive analytics. RepresentNorstella in key stakeholder interactions, presenting findings, shaping discussions, and driving high impactdecision making. Translatecomplex technical analyses into clear, concise narratives that support strategic decision making and are tailored to diverse stakeholder audiences. Collaborateclosely with cross functional internal teams, including data science, product, and commercial groups, to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement of Insight solutions. Maintaindeep familiarity with evolving real-world data assets, analytical methods, and industry standards to proactively guide study design recommendations and best practices. Perform all other duties, as assigned. Qualifications: 4+ years of professional experience working hands on with RWD (e.g., open/closed claims, APLD, lab, EMR/EHR, hospital chargemaster, billing codes, etc.) Advanced understanding of the life sciences industry and the US healthcare ecosystem. Proven track record of successfully delivering client-facing projects and managing stakeholder expectations. Expertise in SQL and advanced data analysis, with experience in predictive modeling and machine learning a plus. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a strong ability to mentor and inspire. Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and strategic thinking. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range.
