Press Brake Operator Trainee

Job Title: Press Brake Operator Trainee Location: Verona, PA Pay Rate: $20hr Shifts: 1st & 2nd Company Overview: Miller Brother Staffing is seeking motivated individuals for a Press Brake Operator Trainee position with a metal fabrication job shop located northeast of Pittsburgh, PA. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined candidates to receive hands-on training and grow into a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator role. Responsibilities: Set up and select appropriate tooling for press brake operations Read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints Inspect parts using manual measuring instruments Perform basic programming tasks for press brake operations Operate press brake equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members and work independently when required Requirements: Previous industrial experience preferred (not required for mechanically inclined candidates eager to learn) Basic computer skills Ability to read and understand technical drawings Experience using manual measuring instruments to inspect parts Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift, handle, push, and pull parts weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent attendance record Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Why Work Through Miller Brother Staffing?
