Project Manager/Account Manager Work location: On premises in Charlotte, NC office Salary and benefits: $150-$170k Salary/bonus commensurate with experience. About the Role We're looking for an experienced Project Manager/Account Manager to lead client-facing healthcare data initiatives, including archive and revenue cycle solutions. You'll manage projects end to end while building strong client relationships and partnering closely with internal technical teams. Key Responsibilities Serve as primary point of contact for clients and internal teams Manage project plans, schedules, and deliverables Lead requirements-gathering sessions with technical and business stakeholders Track project progress, risks, and dependencies Coordinate change requests, quality assurance, and go-live readiness Partner with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation Support clients by resolving questions and guiding product use Qualifications 5+ years of project management or client engagement experience Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-growing environment Nice to Have Healthcare or healthcare technology experience Familiarity with database management systems Category Code: JN037 #LI-DM1 #CRGSearchJobs
