Accounts Payable Clerk: Burlington, WI

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong vendor relationships, supporting financial accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities: Receive, review, and verify invoices and employee expense reports for accuracy and completeness. Process payments via check or ACH in accordance with established payment terms. Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies to ensure accounts remain current. Collaborate with finance team members to support month-end close and financial reporting accuracy. Maintain compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards. Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a manufacturingenvironment. Associate's degree in accounting (preferred). Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
