Job Description We are looking for a skilled Project Manager for Data Center Low Voltage Systems to lead the management and oversight of design, installation, and commissioning of all low voltage systems including structured cabling, BMS, security, networking, and controls in new and retrofit data center projects. This position involves coordinating with external developers, general contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure the success of project milestones, adherence to technical standards, and fulfillment of Oracle's security, operational, and quality objectives. You will play a key role in fostering process innovation, continuous improvement, and risk management in the delivery of large-scale, mission-critical data center infrastructure. This role is required to be onsite in Saline, MI. Responsibilities Plan, oversee the installation, and ensure commissioning of all low voltage systems (structured cabling, BMS, security, networking) for data center construction projects. Collaborate with developers managing general contractors and vendors, confirming compliance with technical standards and project specifications. Conduct regular site visits and technical audits to monitor installation quality, project progress, and integration with other building systems. Drive the schedule and delivery of low voltage workstreams while tracking key milestones, identifying potential risks, and devising mitigation strategies. Review and validate low voltage budgets, invoices, and change orders in collaboration with the developer and project controls teams. Facilitate effective communication and reporting among internal and external stakeholders to address issues and support timely decision-making. Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, security requirements, and company policies in all low voltage activities. Head the commissioning and turnover processes to verify that all systems are operational and fully documented. Promote continuous project delivery improvement by capturing lessons learned and driving the adoption of best practices. Guide and mentor internal team members engaged in low voltage scopes, fostering their technical growth and collaboration. Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
