Accounts Payable Specialist

Title: Accounts Payable Clerk Location: Lima, OH Rate: $20/ per hour Contract: 6-months, (Part-time -20-25 hrs/week) Responsibilities: Monitor AP inbox and triage invoices (PO vs. non-PO) Post approved invoices Reconcile vendor statements Respond to vendor inquiries Maintain accurate documentation Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication Attention to detail and ability to work independently Time management and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Familiarity with accounting software Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED required Associate's degree in Accounting or related field preferred 0-2 years of financial/accounting experience With over 90 years' combined experience, NES Fircroft (NES) is proud to be the world's leading engineering staffing provider spanning the Oil & Gas, Power & Renewables, Chemicals, Construction & Infrastructure, Life Sciences, Mining and Manufacturing sectors worldwide.
