HR Generalist

Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a HR Generalist to work for our client in Austin, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to join a global e-commerce company. The role will support call center coverage and general HR services during staff absences. Pay: $25-$27/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8 hour shift between 8a-6pm Location: Austin, TX Duties: Administers human resources policies and procedures that cover two or more functional areas. Collects and analyzes HR data, and then makes recommendations to management. Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures. May prepare internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, or company policies. Requirements: High School Diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience Experience with Salesforce & Workday Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
