About the Job CDL A Dry Van OTR Driver Pay & Benefits:$1,900-$2,900 weekly average. $0.65 CPM - 3,000-4,000 miles per week / all miles paid (loaded + empty). Weekly direct deposit (Mon-Mon pay period, paid every Friday). 1099 position. Equipment & Perks:Late-model trucks (2020-2026): Volvo, Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, International.
