Roles & Responsibilities - Provide high-quality nursing care in the Labor & Delivery unit. - Monitor patients during labor and delivery, utilizing fetal monitoring techniques. - Assist with vaginal deliveries and provide support during C-sections. - Manage high-risk obstetric cases with careful observation and intervention. - Administer medications and IV fluids as needed, including blood products. - Provide education and support to patients and families regarding labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
