Job Summary The ETL Production Support Engineer will support and maintain production stability, performance, and reliability across a diverse suite of applications. This role involves providing daily production support, performing incident analysis and resolution, managing ETL processes, supporting Technology Lifecycle Management, and contributing to modernization initiatives. The engineer will work within a global team structure, supporting distributed, cloud, and mainframe environments across multiple architectural tiers. Key Responsibilities Provide daily production support, incident triage, and issue investigation. Perform technical and functional analysis to complete assigned work. Multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Implement software changes related to defects, performance improvements, and modernization efforts. Support and execute all phases of testing, including automation efforts. Modernize existing applications and migrate capabilities to cloud technologies. Maintain application tech stacks, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities. Attend agile ceremonies and manage assigned tasks in Jira. Collaborate with global squad members across different regions. Contribute to creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge base content. Participate in on-call rotation with the onshore team (10:00 AM-10:00 PM EST). Ensure production stability across applications spanning distributed, cloud, and mainframe systems. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with 5-7 years of relevant work experience. Strong ETL expertise with extensive hands-on experience using Informatica. Proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle database management. Experience with Unix/Linux commands and scripting. Experience using Control-M or similar scheduling tools. Knowledge of incident and change management processes. Strong performance tuning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Understanding of ETL and data warehousing concepts. Strong communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Java experience. AWS cloud experience. SnapLogic knowledge. Snowflake experience. Background in investment, financial services, or brokerage environments.
