About Client: The client is a technology managed services provider and product reseller.It provides Managed Workplace Services including IT solutions and hardware, integration and support services and has partnerships within the technology space such as Client, IBM, Cisco, Dell, Apple, Inc, Jamf Pro, AirWatch. Rate Range: $20-$24/Hr Job Description: We are seeking an IT Field Technician I to provide on-site technical support, primarily focused on printer repair, field dispatch services, and basic laptop repair. This is a remote-based role with daily travel to customer locations within the designated service area. Key Responsibilities: Perform on-site printer repair and maintenance. Provide field dispatch support to customer locations. Troubleshoot and repair laptops as needed. Drive to client sites daily (approximately 30-75+ miles per day). Respond to service calls, including occasional overtime and after-hours support. Participate in on-call rotation as required. Utilize Clearvision/Fieldvision systems for service management and reporting. Required Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of field technician or related IT support experience. Hands-on experience with printer repair. Field dispatch experience required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Qualifications: CompTIA A+ certification (preferred but not required). Top 2 Skills: Field dispatch experience printer repair experience Non-benefitted (other than those mandated under state or federal law).Please note that this position does not include paid time off benefits.
