Rehab Director

O'Neill Healthcare Bay Village is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our in-house therapy department within our skilled nursing facility. Candidates should possess a Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist Ohio license. The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for overall clinical quality, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and financial operations of the rehabilitation department while ensuring quality patient outcomes. Applicants should have effective communication and organizational skills. Previous management experience preferred.
