What We"re Looking For✠At least 2 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities or the elderly.✠No degree required (we care more about heart and experience).✠Tech-savvy enough for email, docs, spreadsheets, portal navigation and video calls.✠A valid driver"s license & reliable vehicle (no client transport).✠Great communication—both written and spoken.✠Able to pass a background check + provide 2 professional references.⭐ Bonus points if you"ve got Person-Centered Thinking/Planning training.?
