Data Entry/Customer Service Representative

About the Job Local Food Distribution (New Stanton PA) is seeking a full-time Data Entry/Customer Service Representative. Candidates must be able to multitask, communicate effectively, and have knowledge of and experience with ERP software, Excel, and data entry. The candidate must also have strong multi-line telephone skills, be able to meet deadlines, and have strong organizational skills. Responsibilities:Receive, prepare and enter customer orders into the ERP system. Review orders for completeness and accuracy. Contact customers to take orders. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and issues. Process sales representative orders, pricing, and credits related to customer orders. Answer questions from sales staff and customers regarding products and orders using information available from the inventory and distribution management software. Other duties may be assigned. Requirements:High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required. Data entry skill is required. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office programs including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Experience working in a customer service/order entry environment preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and basic math skills are required. Must be able to recognize inconsistencies in data, work independently and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and highly proficient in data entry. Professional phone manner. Ensure excellent customer service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility and the desire to take on additional responsibility. Schedule:Full-time. Monday to Friday. Daylight- 8:30-5:00. Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision.
