We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets.If you are a current associate of Primo Brands, please apply via myADP.Factory Location : Breinigsville, PA (Allentown - West)Compensation : $40.37 / hour, 0.50 cent increase at 90 days and 0.50 increase at 180 days (upon successful reviews)Sign on Bonus: $5,000.00 after 60 days of employmentShift differential : 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours workedSchedule : Nights 2/2/3 rotation5:00 pm - 5:00 amAbility to work holidays and weekends per business needsResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Support operators through troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing equipmentLearn and understand all SOPs for mechanic level and operator level positionsBe familiar to operate all equipment to include normal running parameters, set points, etcExecute work orders including special projects, rebuilds and installations when requestedWork with a sense of urgency to repair and startup the line as quickly as possibleDevelop a working knowledge of basic maintenance principlesIntermediate electrical troubleshootingExecute PMs during planned stoppages to include focus on project work installation, tag closure, standard procedure creation, and work order executionWork with vendors as needed for start up, improvement and modification of equipmentTrain operators on equipment standards and technical training modules as neededUnderstand losses of equipment and develop plans to reduce downtime based on highest loss machine per lineQualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience; additional technical training or certifications desiredThree or more years proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environmentCandidates must complete the Mechanical Aptitude Test before being consideredPrior experience with high-and low-pressure compressors, chillers, water treatment, boilers is preferredStrong technical knowledge of compressed air systems (pneumatics), electrical systems, hydraulics and water processing is preferredKnowledge of bottling equipment, PM programs and SAP system preferredMust have electrical knowledge of single and three phase power including the ability to diagnose and replace electric motorsMust be able to work and accomplish projects with little to zero supervisionMust be able to foster and build a team-work environmentCommunicate effectively with operators, technicians, mechanics, and supervisorsAble to read, interpret, and analyze computer generated reports and accurately complete all tasksMust be able to do physical inspections of equipment that will require climbing, reaching, and extending arms overheadAbility to pass a Ramsay aptitude testAble to lift and pull 50 lbs. as needed while performing workMust be proficient reading mechanical drawings / schematics and OEM technical printsProficient computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office applicationsAvailable for call-ins or to cover all shifts to support production teams as requiredWork together with Safety department to achieve a zero-injury workplaceMust display a positive mental attitude and be open to a fast paced ever changing work environmentCandidates must possess strong English language skills to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional service. Proficiency in English is essential for understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries, and collaborating with team members.
