Performance Reviews (and compensation reviews) Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Following standard operating procedures and industry standards for formula mixing, sample preparation, and testing Precise measurement and mixing of formula ingredients described by a formulation log Preparing test specimens for a variety of tests Creating a collaborative and inclusive work environment Upholding safety standards for the team, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and following safety guidelines Documenting and reporting experimental details Keen observation of experimental details and external factors Time management and work efficiency Independently planning and executing all aspects of an experiment following a discussion of objectives with the supervisor Interpreting data and making recommendations for future work Qualifications: Bachelor"s Degree in a scientific or technical field 0-1 years of laboratory experience Experience with coatings formulation is desired Strong attention to detail and ability to keep track of multiple project tasksIf you are interested in this role, please apply via the apply now link provided.
