Job Title: Quality Inspector Job DescriptionThe Quality Control Technician (QC Inspector/Receiver) plays a critical role in ensuring product quality and compliance. This hands-on position involves inspection, receiving, inventory management, and collaboration across departments in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Responsibilities Utilize ERP systems (Epicor) and project management tools (Wrike) for documentation and traceability. Inspect and verify incoming materials, including raw materials and machined parts. Perform dimensional inspections using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, granite plates, Faro arm, and laser tracker. Implement machine probe inspections on mills/lathes. Maintain accurate records of inspection results and inventory. Collaborate with Purchasing to resolve material quality issues. Tag, label, and allocate parts; secure items for storage or shipment. Load/unload trucks and package materials as needed. Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
