Job Title: Assembler 1 Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Assembler 1 to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with a group of 4-5 individuals to assemble frame panels, ensuring quality and precision in every step.Responsibilities Team lift panels to slide into the frames, handling items weighing over 50 lbs. Lift and pour 40 lb concrete bags as part of the assembly process. Utilize hand and power tools to assemble sides and panels of the frames. Perform hand assembly tasks, such as putting nuts on bolts. Cut insulation using a utility knife and install it into the frames. Apply basic math skills for accurate assembly. Cross-train with the paint department to enhance skill set. Complete other duties as needed. Be comfortable working on ladders/platform stairs for certain assembly tasks. Essential Skills Experience with assembly and use of hand and power tools. At least 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience. Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure for accurate measurements. Capability to perform quality inspections. Comfortable lifting over 50 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Exposure to manufacturing, preferably in a metalworking environment. Proficiency in using calipers and air tools.
