Position OverviewPower your future with Qualus in our Program Management department as a Cost Analyst. A Senior Cost Analyst provides cost management services, including budgeting, bid management, cost forecasting and reporting, budget management and control, change management, contract administration, close-out administration, procurement management, earned value management, and value engineering. The Senior Cost Engineer supports critical and complex cost management initiatives.Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain Monthly Forecasting, Invoicing, and Cost Reporting. Experience with Project Controls concepts such as project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, and closeout are needed. Specific experience with Cost Engineering concepts such as project estimating, forecasting, cost controls, and variance reporting are also needed. Develop and maintain budgets, provide various project information reports. Understanding of the Accrual Processes, invoice review, and validation are required. Responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently. ERP financial experience is preferred. This position requires self-starting, excellent communication, and proven decision-making skills. Qualifications 10+ years of project cost control experience, including cash flow forecasting and analysis. Candidate must have experience with enterprise cost management systems Candidate must have Transmission & Distribution experience. Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Experience working on utility capital projects.
