Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced financial professional to provide centralized financial leadership across a fast-growing, multi-entity business ecosystem. This role is responsible for protecting the company financially, establishing discipline and visibility, and building scalable financial systems that support aggressive growth.This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic financial oversight and direct execution , including bookkeeping. The right candidate understands that at this stage of growth, leadership means owning the details while building systems that eventually remove the need to personally manage every transaction.This position is mission-critical. The ideal candidate has experience working with founder-led businesses, understands growth-stage risk, and can balance speed, ambition, and financial control.Core ResponsibilitiesFinancial Oversight & Control Own financial oversight across all current and emerging business entitiesEstablish and maintain accurate, timely financial reportingMonitor cash flow, burn rate, margins, and liquidity across the organizationIdentify financial risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies Bookkeeping & Transactional Management Perform and own day-to-day bookkeeping across all entitiesEnsure accurate categorization of income and expensesMaintain clean, current general ledgers and monthly closesReconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and expense platformsBuild systems and processes to streamline bookkeeping as the company scales Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning Build and manage annual budgets and rolling forecastsProvide scenario modeling for hiring, expansion, and capital decisionsHelp leadership understand the financial impact of strategic initiatives before execution Multi-Entity Management Maintain consistent financial practices across multiple businessesCoordinate intercompany accounting, allocations, and reportingSupport clean entity separation with centralized financial control Leadership & Advisory Serve as a trusted financial advisor to the CEO and COOBring discipline, clarity, and financial rigor to decision-makingProvide objective, data-driven recommendations — even when difficultAct as a stabilizing force during periods of rapid growth Compliance & External Coordination Work directly with CPAs, tax advisors, payroll providers, and external partnersEnsure compliance with applicable regulations and best practicesPrepare the company for audits, financing, and potential future investment Capital & Growth Support Support capital planning decisions, including debt and short-term borrowing when necessaryStructure growth investments with clear return expectationsEstablish financial guardrails without slowing momentum or innovation Success Metrics Real-time, accurate financial visibility across all entitiesClean, reconciled books at all timesPredictable cash flow and disciplined expense managementReduced financial risk as the business scalesLeadership confidence in financial data, reporting, and forecastsAbility to support aggressive growth without financial chaos
