This role focuses on upgrading and modernizing residential units, performing general repairs, and keeping properties in top shape. This is a direct hire role - you start as their employee on Day 1 and receive full company benefits.What You'll Do Perform interior and exterior renovations Install/repair drywall, flooring, windows, doors, cabinets, fixtures, trim Complete basic plumbing and light electrical work Assist with painting and cosmetic upgrades Troubleshoot issues during remodels or tenant turns Work with the project manager to meet timelines and quality expectations Document work completed and communicate daily progress Top Skills We're Looking ForMust-Have Skills: General carpentry Basic plumbing Light electrical Drywall installation/repair Troubleshooting skills Nice-to-Have: HVAC experience Appliance repair Drainage and mechanical knowledge Residential remodeling experience Why This Job is Great ?
