Key Qualities We Seek: 1+ years of experience in team leadership A customer-first mindset A friendly and enthusiastic demeanor A strong desire to learn and grow Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team atmosphere Attention to detail and capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously An interest in mentoring junior staff members Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Completion of a background check is mandatory Physical and Mental Abilities: Prolonged speech, hearing, and near vision use Manual dexterity and the ability to perform repetitive movements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds Working Conditions: Work hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
