Overview Champion Window - Field Marketing Representative (Events and Canvassing) Part Time Opportunities Available Are you a dynamic and engaging individual looking to make your mark in the marketing industry? Join our team as a Field Marketing Representative and play a critical role in promoting Champion's product lines while representing our brand to prospective clients. As a Field Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments through canvassing, attending home shows, festivals, and other designated events. You will also demonstrate Champion Windows and Home Exterior products to interested individuals. We seek a motivated, friendly, and confident person who enjoys direct interaction with clients. Hourly Base Pay: $15.00 to $19.00 per hour plus commission Responsibilities Engage potential customers while canvassing and at various events Set appointments door-to-door in residential areas Adhere to company appearance standards and professional attire Maintain a consistently positive attitude Stay informed on current product knowledge and promotions Demonstrate reliability and availability Exhibit effective time management skills Schedule in-home estimates for the sales team Assist with booth setup and breakdown at events Contribute to our internal social media and company culture initiatives Perform data entry on mobile technology Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Self-motivated with a competitive spirit Strong prospect engagement skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Clean driving record and reliable transportation Availability to work weekends Ability to work in a team and independently Capacity to stand for 8 - 10 hours and walk for 4 - 8 hours Willingness to travel up to 10% If you are ready to embrace a vibrant role that allows you to connect with clients and showcase top-tier products, we encourage you to apply for the Field Marketing Representative position.
