In this role, you will will obtain leads and convert them to clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up. You will perform the electrical inspection, estimate, provide several options to the customer, and perform the electrical work on an as-needed basis. Qualifications At least 1 year of sales experience in any field (construction or electrical sales is preferred) Must be professional, able to network, and excel with conversation Excellent customer service skills with a desire to ensure customer satisfaction Excellent grammar (verbal and written) & mathematics skills Strong negotiation skills with a tenacious drive to sell Sales tracking and analysis skills with a CRM Ability to work with others and team-oriented Strong work ethic, dependable, organized, detail oriented, and positive attitude Ability to self-manage & work independently with minimal supervision Responsibilities Obtain leads and convert them to clients through networking groups such as BNI Perform the electrical inspection, estimate, and provide several options to the customer, if requested Build strong relationships and trust with customers and professional partners through excellent communication Ensure all missed calls/messages are returned the same day Convert leads to prospects via the estimate provided to the client Research specialty items & source prior to estimate Use Housecall Pro to generate and send estimates Prepare & execute daily sales plan Stay current on materials pricing & availability due to constantly changing market conditions Perform electrical work on an as-needed basis Compensation: $40,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Based in Jacksonville and founded in 2008, Current Electrical Contractors is a locally owned business known for delivering high-quality residential and commercial electrical work with integrity and care.
