As a Crew Member, you will be the face of our company, ensuring every guest enjoys their experience at Captain D's. We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualities: Customer-focused attitude Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor A strong desire to learn and advance Able to thrive in a fast-paced team environment Requirements: Must be at least 14 years of age. Physical and Mental Requirements: Regular use of speech, hearing, near vision, eye/hand coordination, color definition, and manual dexterity. Frequent standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds while working closely with teammates. Ability to perform repetitive movements over prolonged periods. Occasional use of taste and smell senses, and far vision; working with cleaning chemicals; walking on uneven surfaces; may require use of a step stool or ladder; and lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds. Work Conditions and Hours: Workdays and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Standard restaurant working conditions. May be exposed to extreme temperature conditions typical in a restaurant environment.
