Sibley’s campus is also home to Grand Oaks, an assisted living residence; a medical building with physician offices and ambulatory surgery and imaging centers; and the new patient tower with 200 spacious, private rooms. Position details:The Rapid Response Nurse will work within the Rapid Response Team, a multidisciplinary team available 24 hours a day to respond, assess, and treat a patient whose condition is deteriorating.
