OVERVIEW Join our innovative team as a Senior Product Manager, where you'll lead the strategic development of customer-facing platforms, online products, and workflow solutions that directly align with our business goals. Your expertise in workflow solutions and advanced technologies, including Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI), will be key in delivering high-quality features and an exceptional user experience. In this role, you'll leverage your experience in content processing, indexing, and search applications to drive product success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to support and enhance our product offerings. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with Product Director(s) to create and maintain a development roadmap that emphasizes customer and business value. Analyze business challenges and recommend best practices to enhance workflows and services. Unite stakeholders around a clear vision for workflow solutions and product lines. Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional Agile teams. Independently manage complex projects across various functional areas, guiding teams through multifaceted resource requirements. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis. Define and implement user journeys within workflow solutions. Engage with customers and subject matter experts to validate development designs. Work collaboratively to develop, market, and support workflow solution products. Represent the Product Management team in development planning and product maintenance. Stay informed about emerging technologies, particularly in Generative AI and Large Language Models. Support marketing and sales initiatives with relevant product information. QUALIFICATIONS Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees with research experience preferred. Experience: Minimum 8 years in product management; 10+ years in online research and workflow solutions; 5+ years with content and search platforms, including experience with GenAI applications. 8+ years utilizing Lean and Agile methodologies to enhance product development and user engagement. Experience in medical research or medical product development is a plus. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES Strategic thinking with consideration for tactical implications. Strong communication abilities to convey complex concepts and influence stakeholders. Effective idea socialization and the ability to gain buy-in from diverse teams. Outstanding execution, prioritization, and organizational skills. Analytical proficiency in assessing opportunities and product effectiveness. Agility in adjusting to changing priorities to meet deadlines. TRAVEL: Occasional travel (10-15%) may be required. COMPENSATION: Salary range: $107,500.00 - $188,400.00 USD, plus eligibility for bonuses.
