Collectively, we are committed to a simple management approach, which influences our company culture and our management style.Description:The Group Vice President, reporting to the North American Business Unit President. Activities and responsibilities of the Group Vice President include: Responsible for the financial & commercial performance of the $80M division (P&L) Provide leadership and executive oversight to divisional sales management for all commercial/customer facing interactions Provide oversight of all branch management personnel in support of both large customer VMI Programs and transactional customers by maintaining best in class service levels across the division Accountable for to coordinating divisional and corporate resources to support divisional growth initiatives Train and support team members in problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action techniques Provide mentoring, development, and support for all staff members including 11 direct reports Other duties as assigned Professional Experience:Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Business Management / Finance preferred) MBA preferred Work Experience Minimum of five (5) years of general management experience in the fastener industry or a similar high volume distribution environment Ability to read and understand financial documents (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, etc.) Proficient with Microsoft Office and other Business tools.
