Executive Director - Health Center (LNHA)Location: Boca Raton, FLFull-Time | On-SiteJoin the Leadership Team at Sinai Residences Sinai Residences is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director - Health Center to serve as our Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA). This senior leadership role oversees the Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living and Memory Care operations, ensuring regulatory excellence, operational strength, and an unwavering commitment to exceptional resident care. Why Work at Sinai Residences? • Lead a highly skilled interdisciplinary team • Shape the strategic direction of the Health Center • Drive quality outcomes and regulatory excellence • Influence financial performance and operational strategy • Serve as a trusted partner to residents, families, and executive leadership What You'll DoLeadership & Compliance: • Ensure compliance with AHCA, CMS, OSHA, HIPAA, and applicable regulations • Maintain survey readiness and represent the organization during inspections • Oversee Quality Measures, Five-Star Ratings, and performance metrics • Lead continuous quality improvement (CQI) and risk management initiatives • Foster a culture of accountability and service excellence Financial & Operational Management • Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets • Monitor census, revenue optimization, and expense control • Analyze financial and operational data to drive strategic decisions What You'll Need • Active Florida Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license required • Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in SNF or CCRC environment • Proven regulatory compliance and strong survey outcomes • Strong financial management and analytical skills • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHR systems Physical Requirements Requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, and bend intermittently throughout the workday. Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds and operate standard business equipment. Requires sustained focus and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ready to join us?
