In this role, you will: Lead the planning, organizing, and implementation of marketing and business development strategies across the North Region. Develop, write, edit, and review content for proposals, presentations, resumes, project descriptions, and other marketing materials specifically for our municipal water and environmental clients. Utilize your creativity to drive brainstorming sessions and develop strategic themes. Keep our internal databases updated with current resumes, project descriptions, proposals, and qualification packages. Participate actively in wider marketing initiatives and task forces within CDM Smith. Enhance your skills through ongoing training and involvement in professional associations. Location: We are open to candidates across various states including NH, ME, MA, RI, CT, NY, PA, NJ, DE, WV, OH, IN, MI, IL, WI, MN, with preferred locations being Boston, Chicago, Edison NJ, New York City, and Philadelphia. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 6 years of relevant experience. Willingness to travel as required based on specific job functions and project needs. Equivalent additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Preferred Qualifications: B.A. or B.S. in Communications, English, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. Experience in architectural, engineering, construction, or technical firms. Proficiency in MS Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Copilot, SharePoint, with advanced skills in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Experience in editing and proofreading technical narratives. Ability to facilitate proposal development presentations and strategy sessions. Capability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. Work Location Options: Fully Remote or Hybrid Work Options may be considered for a successful candidate. Pay Range: $78,478 - $129,459. All bonuses are discretionary.
