Flower Packaging Technician - Night Shift

DescriptionPosition Summary Employee will be responsible for the Packaging of products produced within the Production Division. These employees will need to physically weigh and package the concentrates in all forms using manual or somewhat automated methods. This will be a night shift position. MIP Packaging Technician Duties and Responsibilities Weigh and package flower in all forms using manual or automated methods For products that can be weighed my machine, the employee will be responsible for maintaining the physical equipment to ensure efficiency and efficacy of packaging products Communicate with the Packaging Supervisor supply needs that will aid in the packaging or weighing process Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfort with fast-paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality Must be 21 years or older Preferred Qualifications Excellent time management skills Great attention to detail Able to work well in a group or on their own Cannabis industry experience (not required)
