Role Responsibilities Deliver thorough, ongoing medical care to individuals and families, spanning from children to seniors. Education Requirements MD or DO from a recognized medical institution. Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program. Certifications Board Certification in Family Medicine. Eligible for (or currently possess) an active Wisconsin medical license. BLS and ACLS certifications are advantageous. Skills and Experience Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills, emphasizing preventive and proactive healthcare. Familiarity with value-based care frameworks and a commitment to improvement.
